Withdraw from your purchase

You can withdraw from a Backdrop purchase within 14 days of buying it, no reason needed, and get your money back. It’s a legal right for consumers in the EU, EEA and UK, and the refund policy gives every buyer the same 14 days. Fill in the form and confirm. You’ll see the date and time your withdrawal was received, and a confirmation is emailed to the address you give. The refund follows within 14 days; it deactivates the license and cancels a subscription.
